Do you have a “sweet tooth” but don’t really want to eat processed sugar?

These energy balls are food for your nervous system, satisfy your sugar craving and don’t raise your blood sugar, because they are packed with healthy plant fats.

Sugar, gluten and lactose free. That doesn’t mean you can eat them right after lunch or dinner, since they contain fruits. If you know the rules of food combining, then you know, that fruits need least time to digest in your stomach so you should eat them separately. Have a healthy and guilt-free snack ;).

As always, the rule is there are no rules. Use the ingredients you love and change whatever you feel like it. Use seeds or grounded nuts to cover the balls.
